2023 was another fast-paced, whirlwind year for everyone in the rent-to-own (RTO) industry.

We’re thrilled to have introduced a faster, smoother idle inventory process for cynergi|suite users in 2023.
We unveiled our first round of enhancements to the Inventory Audit Application and Dashboard in April. The updates included a new feature allowing users to swiftly delete bad scans and an advanced phantom scan detection system. Additionally, the April enhancements included code improvements, helping ensure efficiency and security for cynergi|suite users.
July brought even more goodness—descriptive item statuses, sortable columns, dashboard response time improvements, refined schedule displays, and more.
With the enhancements, cynergi|suite isn’t just your run-of-the-mill point-of-sale software. It’s a tool that helps make the entire idle inventory process faster and more efficient for the RTO industry.
We’re excited to have announced releases and updates to Integrated Home Office/Accounting in 2023!
From relational database migration to four years of financial reporting and user-friendly reports, these updates are geared to streamline your RTO business’s financial tracking, reporting, and analysis.

This year at RTO World in San Antonio, we were thrilled to host our 2023 cynergi|suite User’s Conference, as well as participate in an important cybersecurity roundtable discussion for the RTO industry.
Our User’s Conference provided updates and status reports on existing projects. The Cybersecurity roundtable, featuring Jason Fenoglio, our Cybersecurity Operations Manager, and John Crowley from our partners at ArmorPoint, dove into the importance of multilayered cybersecurity, using the “Swiss cheese” metaphor for defense.
In 2023, we celebrated the much-anticipated release of Digital Signature Capture for cynergi|suite!

August brought another substantial update for cynergi|suite. The enhanced switch-out process made managing inventory and rental agreements significantly smoother. Efficiency just got a major upgrade—switching out multiple inventory items on an agreement in one go reduces the need for multiple signatures or printouts.
Most recently, we shared enhancements to cynergi|suite’s Online Payment Solution.
Our dedicated development team performed infrastructure upgrades to transform cynergi|suite’s payment processing into a more seamless, stress-free experience. This update included performance improvements, security enhancements, and improved infrastructure geared at giving cynergi|suite users greater peace of mind.
