With the improved Inventory Audit Application and Dashboard, we’ve created additional exception codes to help you better account for your idle inventory. This detailed breakdown empowers you to stay informed and make better-informed decisions regarding your idle inventory.
The new and expanded list includes codes such as burglary, charge off, early buyout, in service, loaner, junked, rented, paid out on rental, returned, sold, stolen, and warehouse.
We’re always listening for ways to improve your user experience—that’s why we’ve added the ability to sort columns on the Inventory Audit Dashboard. You can now organize your idle inventory audit reports by location, status, or last updated.
With this feature, we hope you can more efficiently find the information you need to help streamline your idle inventory audit process.

Previously, some users experienced a bug where the audit they scheduled wouldn’t appear in the list even though it was successfully created. We’re pleased to inform you that we’ve resolved this issue, and the audit will now display as anticipated.
We’re constantly looking for ways to improve our software and cater to your specific needs. We’re excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to include demo merchandise in your idle inventory audit. Previously, demo items that may be on display in-store were not included in the audit.
With this enhancement, you’ll have a comprehensive view of your inventory, including demos, ensuring accurate tracking and management.
