Hurricane Ian
When Hurricane Ian made landfall in Florida in September 2022, many of my rent-to-own stores were either flooded or experienced a lot of damage. Worst of all, the store that received the most damage housed the central server for my RTO software system.

When we first reached out to High Touch, our IT infrastructure was in rough shape. We were far behind in several areas, including server management, the age of our software, and our phone system.
