We’re excited to introduce a simple, new way for you to let us know how we’re doing as a technology partner! Through our new customer satisfaction surveys, you can provide genuine, real-time feedback about your cynergi|suite experience with the literal click of a button.
You’ve probably received customer surveys from companies before, or at least your spam folder probably has. Whether it’s a code on a receipt from the grocery store, or a “friendly” email, asking for feedback is pretty common in the business world. You may even have your own customer satisfaction for your business. The problem is, typical surveys are time-consuming, misleading, or overwhelming.
In many cases, the “quick five-minute survey” turns into a half-hour gauntlet of questions that are too difficult to answer. As a customer, you don’t know if the time is worth the reward or if your remarks are even read at the end of the day.
Our new customer satisfaction survey, implemented on every cynergi|suite support ticket, will make it effortless for you to provide feedback.

With our new customer satisfaction survey, you can let us know how we’re doing on every support ticket, in real-time, with just one-click. You can use this opportunity to let us know how we’re performing as your technology partner, no matter how big or small the issue.
Every cynergi|suite support ticket includes the new survey. Anyone who creates a support ticket will be able to participate. Simply look for a set of four icons, click the icon that matches your experience, and we’ll redirect you to a landing page with the option to leave a comment.
That’s it. No lengthy open-ended questions. No awkward conversations. Just one mouse click.
Once you click an icon, you will be redirected to a support landing page. Here, you can provide any additional feedback you’d like about your support experience.
Be honest—we genuinely want to hear your thoughts. If your support ticket is related directly to cynergi|suite, how can we make the product better? If it’s related to a particular issue, let us know how helpful the technician was in solving your problem. We receive your comments in real-time and share your feedback with internal stakeholders.
