We’ve Heard You

When making fixes, updates, and/or enhancements to our software and mobile applications, we take your suggestions seriously. Based on customer feedback and support tickets, we’ve been working on updates and bug fixes for the recently developed Inventory Audit Application and Dashboard.

For the week of March 15, 2021, we will be rolling out a series of updates and bug fixes, enhancing the performance of the Inventory Audit Dashboard and Application.

Updates: Inventory Audit Application and Dashboard

We’re constantly on the hunt to make things easier for you. Following our release of the Inventory Audit Application and Dashboard, you let us know that the unscanned inventory audit report has serial for both the serial and barcode and does not reference the barcode or alt ID.

With this release, we’ve updated the inventory audit report to display both the serial and alt ID.

Fixes: Inventory Audit Application and Dashboard

With new applications, there are a few hiccups from time to time that get uncovered post-release. We’ve listened to your support feedback and have addressed and resolved a couple of issues in the latest version of the Inventory Audit Application and Dashboard.

Unscanned items

When it comes to inventory, accuracy and transparency in reporting mean everything. We’ve resolved an issue where unscanned items in the Inventory Audit Application appeared differently from the Dashboard.

Barcode handling

In the initial release of the Inventory Audit Application and Dashboard, we received reports that the system had difficulty handling some barcodes correctly. This specific issue targeted the handling of barcodes with symbols. This release resolves the problem to handle barcodes with symbols correctly.
