Wichita, Kan. – High Touch Technologies will deliver its new RTO POS application, cynergi|suite, to the marketplace beginning Q1, 2013. A number of implementations are already scheduled for Q1 and the solutions delivery team is in the process of scheduling migrations for the remainder of the year.
According to Wayne Chambers, Chief Executive Officer of High Touch Technologies, “After almost three years of planning, development, testing, refinement, and thousands of man hours of work, cynergi is available. cynergi|suite has been in a number of pilot locations and we truly appreciate those clients that partnered with us to be part of that program. Their feedback has been invaluable. We appreciate the patience of our clients and feel confident those who choose to migrate will not be disappointed,” he added.
cynergi|suite is a contemporary, web-based POS software application with a suite of ancillary products that fit the expanding needs of RTO clients, some of which are on-line payments, pay-by-phone, pay-by-text and integrated automated dialing. Cynergi|Suite blends features and functionality of the High Touch PRO/Store and the RSSS 12.5 legacy systems as well as providing new functions.
“Now that cynergi is available, our focus will be to maintain its integrity and continue to enhance the suite of products with new features and functionality. But just as important, we can now rebalance our development resources to update and enhance both the High Touch PRO/Store and RSSS 12.5 legacy applications. Both applications serve a unique and valued segment of the RTO market, and we can offer those users new functionality, in part because of what we learned developing cynergi|suite. This strategy will give our clients an opportunity to take advantage of new features while their migrations to cynergi|suite are being scheduled and planned. I’m very proud to say High Touch continues to support the RTO industry and provide professional RTO software solutions as well as network and technology services designed to meet the needs and wants of all of our clients,” said David Oles, Vice President of Operations of High Touch Technologies.
