APRO’s RTO World is heading to Omaha, Nebraska, and the High Touch Technologies team is excited to reconnect with our friends in the rent-to-own community!

From August 11-14, 2025, the CHI Health Center will host the nation’s premier RTO conference and tradeshow. While you’ll find us in the expo hall throughout the event, the highlight of our trip will be our High Touch Users Meeting. During this dedicated session, we’ll share product updates, demonstrate new features in the works, and answer any questions you have on the future of cynergi|suite.

The High Touch Users Meeting is your chance to see how our platform is evolving, ask questions directly to our product experts, and learn tips you can put into practice as soon as you return to your store.

Whether you’re a long-time user or exploring cynergi|suite for the first time, you’ll walk away with actionable insights and a clear picture of what’s coming next.


Here’s What You’ll See

Our agenda is packed with feature enhancement demonstrations and real-world examples of how cynergi|suite is helping RTO businesses work smarter, faster, and more securely. Here’s a sneak peek:

  • Integrated Home Office/Accounting (HO/A) Upgrades. We’re showcasing some brand-new enhancements that help make financial management easier than ever. You’ll see how redesigned reports include filter criteria for clarity and are available for seamless viewing and sharing. We’ll also walk you through a quick GL inquiry interface that allows you to analyze four years of data on one screen, plus new features like GL reversal entries and unique journal entry numbers to simplify tracking. We’ll also share a handful of other improvements that streamline day‑to‑day tasks, but you’ll need to join us in person to get the full scoop.
  • Online Payment Solution (OLP) V3.2. cynergi|suite’s OLP migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS) is nearly complete, helping to improve scalability, security, and reliability. We’ve also integrated SendGrid to help reduce spam-related email issues and introduced custom convenience fee settings that allow stores to choose percentage-based or flat fees. You’ll get a first-hand look at the new payment dashboard and see how these updates translate into smoother transactions.
  • Digital Signature Capture. With over 129,000 agreements certified in the past 12 months, cynergi|suite’s Digital Signature Capture tool is already transforming how RTO stores finalize agreements. At the Users Meeting, we’ll also explain upcoming enhancements, including a more robust timestamp server and database optimizations.
  • Inventory Audit Application/Dashboard. We’ve updated the Inventory Audit Application with a cleaner interface, making it easier for staff to navigate and complete audits. New support for barcode scanners gives you added flexibility during physical audits, and updated workflows allow teams to use the app standalone or alongside a scanner to streamline the process and reach tricky barcodes with less effort.
  • Project E Modernization and SSO Preview. Project E is our long‑term initiative to rebuild cynergi|suite on a modular, modern foundation. As part of this transformation, we’re launching Single Sign‑On (SSO)—a single, secure login that grants access to legacy cynergi|suite, Integrated HO/A, and new modules. We’ll also preview updates to cynergi|suite’s Inventory module.
  • Customer Verification. We’ll unveil a new tool that lets your store review and verify a customer’s address and contact information based on their phone number, helping reduce fraud and ensure you always have accurate data.
  • Q&A. As always, we’ll have time at the end of the session for some live Q&A, so be sure to bring your questions and feedback.
