Recap: TRIB 2025 Meeting of the Minds – High Touch Users Meeting

Another TRIB Meeting of the Minds is in the books, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who stopped by the booth and joined us for our High Touch Users Meeting! It’s always a privilege to connect face-to-face with our customers, share exciting updates, and hear firsthand feedback.

This year’s meeting was packed with insights into our latest cynergi|suite developments. We shared significant news, including the release of new Integrated Home Office/Accounting features, previewed the highly anticipated Online Payment Solution Version 3, and shared exciting advancements in Project E. Additionally, we covered recent enhancements to Digital Signature Capture and other applications geared towards making operations smoother for our customers. The session wrapped up with an interactive Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on future cynergi|suite development projects.

Integrated Home Office/Accounting Updates

Our team was excited to showcase two key updates to cynergi|suite’s Integrated Home Office/Accounting feature.

1099 Processing

The first, a new 1099 Processing feature, allows users to easily generate and manage 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC forms directly within cynergi|suite. A new report preview function lets users review data before printing, ensuring accuracy and reducing errors.

Bulk Journal Entry Import

The second update, a Bulk Journal Entry Import feature, helps modernize how financial data is handled. Instead of relying on manual copy/paste methods, users can now upload Excel and .csv files directly into the system. This feature supports up to 5,000 lines per import and allows users to select specific worksheets from multi-sheet files, making large data transfers more efficient.

Online Payment Solution Version 3

During the meeting, the High Touch team provided an exclusive preview of Online Payment Solution Version 3 (v3), which introduces major improvements to cynergi|suite payment processing capabilities.

With the transition to Amazon Web Services (AWS), businesses can expect enhanced scalability, security, and reliability for seamless transactions. In addition to this infrastructure upgrade, we announced the integration of SendGrid to improve email deliverability, reducing the chances of messages being blocked or marked as spam. Address verification is now built into every transaction, helping businesses eliminate unnecessary risk assessment fees.

Customization was another key highlight of this release. With v3, businesses can tailor the Online Payment Solution with their own branding, including logos and colors, to create a more seamless customer experience. Additionally, the much-requested convenience fee feature will allow stores to set either a percentage-based or flat fee by location, giving businesses more control over their payment structures.


Inventory Module Demo: Zone Pricing

One of the most exciting announcements was the introduction of Zone Pricing within the new Inventory module. This feature brings dynamic pricing capabilities to cynergi|suite, making it easier for businesses to manage their pricing strategies across different locations. Zone Pricing allows businesses to define pricing structures at multiple levels, from regional groupings down to individual stores, providing maximum flexibility.

With Zone Pricing, businesses can apply changes across all price groups or selectively adjust specific ones to align with market trends. This feature eliminates the need for manual pricing adjustments, reducing errors and saving valuable time. The Zone Pricing feature is designed to give businesses a competitive edge by allowing them to set optimized pricing based on customer demand, market trends, and regional costs.


Additional Updates: What Else Is New?

We also highlighted several recent updates designed to enhance efficiency and security for your rent-to-own business:

  • Digital Signature Capture. Fully integrated, requiring no additional licensing fees—over 67,000 agreement certifications have already been processed.
  • Mobile Collections App. Accept partial, full, and late payments directly from the app, giving you greater flexibility.
  • Inventory Audit Application. Enhanced system performance, additional visibility columns, and a new report for better audit tracking.
