We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates coming to cynergi|suite’s Inventory Audit Application and Dashboard!
These enhancements have been engineered to help further streamline your idle inventory auditing process, making it easier for you to maintain accurate records and improve your business operations.
Unscanned Inventory – Exceptions
One of the most significant updates involves handling unscanned inventory. Previously, any unscanned items during an audit could cause confusion and potential discrepancies. With this new update, you’ll notice the following:
- Unscanned Inventory as Exceptions. Unscanned inventory items now automatically appear as exceptions when an audit is completed. This feature ensures that no item goes unaccounted for, providing a clearer picture of your inventory status.
- Add Notes to Exceptions. Users can now add detailed notes on these unscanned exceptions. This addition helps document the reasons behind unscanned items, facilitating better follow-up actions.
- Unscanned Inventory Report. User notes will be visible on the Unscanned Inventory report, making it easier to review and address any outstanding issues. This transparency helps in maintaining accurate records and simplifies the auditing process.
- Note: While unscanned inventory items appear as exceptions on the Inventory Audit Dashboard, they will not appear on the Exception report—they will only appear on the Unscanned Inventory report.
Unscanned Inventory – Date Completed
We understand that tracking your audit completion dates is crucial for maintaining organized records. With this latest enhancement, both the list of audits and the individual audit page now display the date when the audit was completed. This feature provides a quick reference, helping you keep track of your auditing schedule.
