SSO is the next major milestone in Project E, our next-generation modernization initiative designed to transform cynergi|suite into a faster, smarter, and more connected platform for the rent-to-own industry.

What Is Single Sign-On?
Single Sign-On (SSO) is exactly what it sounds like—a single, secure login that gives you access to everything in cynergi|suite.
That means no more juggling multiple usernames and passwords. Whether you’re working in the legacy platform, Integrated Home Office/Accounting, or the newest version of cynergi|suite as features become available, SSO lets you sign in once and get straight to work.
What Are the Benefits of SSO?
Whether you’re managing store-level tasks or overseeing operations at the home office level, SSO brings meaningful improvements to your workflow. It’s a smart, secure step forward, built to save time, reduce friction, and empower your team—here’s how:
- Simplified Access. One password. Full access. You no longer have to remember or reset multiple credentials just to do your job.
- User Control. Users can reset their own passwords—no need to wait or call Support.
- Strengthened Security. All passwords must meet modern cybersecurity standards, helping safeguard your business from potential threats.
- Smarter Workflow. Move seamlessly between legacy, HO/A, and new cynergi|suite features without logging in over and over again.
- Scalable for Growth. As more components of cynergi|suite migrate to our modern platform, SSO will evolve with you to support a unified experience across the board.
We know that any change in the login process can feel like a disruption, especially for store teams used to a simple setup. While SSO will introduce stronger passwords and require an email address, these updates are essential steps toward better protection, a more cohesive platform, and future functionality.
How Does SSO Work?
Once SSO is live, all users will be directed to a new login screen. Here’s what to expect:
- New Login Page. When you go to log in, you’ll be redirected to a modern login screen.
- Secure Setup. On first login, you’ll be prompted to reset your password. Your new password must meet strong security standards.
- Add an Email (If Needed). If your account doesn’t already include an email address, you’ll be asked to provide one. This email is used for password recovery.
- Automatic Redirects. All login attempts will now route to the new SSO page. For now, you’ll still land in the same spot, but this foundation paves the way for more advanced platform transitions.
- Default Store Selection. When you log in, your default store will be automatically selected to get you started quickly.
What About User Management?
In the future, user management will shift to the Integrated Home Office/Accounting platform. For now, you’ll continue managing users from the legacy platform.
