During our May 2022 webinar, our RTO software team, including Jason Mock, Senior Vice President of Software Solutions, Jan Miller, Director of RTO Sales, Gary Myers, Software Engineering Architect, and Kate Wolf, Senior Business Analyst, shared information and demoed upcoming software updates for cynergi|suite.
In case you missed it, we recorded the webinar to show you first-hand what’s new with cynergi|suite, including Pay-By-Text updates, Darwill integration information, a Digital Signature Capture walkthrough, and a demo of the new Home Office Accounting (HOA) feature.
We’re making it easier for clients and their customers to use the Pay-By-Text feature in cynergi|suite. Your customers will no longer need to have a PIN or be signed up for online payments to use Pay-By-Text.
Additionally, we’ll be adding #PAY functionality to cynergi|suite—customers who are opted in to receive text messages and have a credit card on file will be able to make a payment from your text message campaign by simply responding with #PAY.
Darwill is a direct-mail marketing platform that allows you to mail communications like paid in full letters, new agreement letters, birthday cards, and collection letters to customers automatically using your existing cynergi|suite data.
Using this new feature, your customers will be able to review and sign rental agreements digitally. Expect digital signature capture to be released in mid-to-late summer 2022.
Our team has been hard at work making updates to cynergi|suite’s Home Office Accounting system. In the webinar, Kate Wolf demonstrates how the new Home Office Accounting system works.
