Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single Sign-On comes first by design.

SSO is the secure framework that connects legacy cynergi|suite functionality, new Project E store-side modules, and Integrated Home Office/Accounting into one cohesive environment. Before new modules expand across the platform, this authentication layer must be in place to unify access, strengthen protection, and support long-term scalability.

Nickel Rounding within cynergi|suite introduces configurable, controlled functionality that allows you to adapt without disrupting operations.

Key capabilities include:

  • Cash-only application (electronic payments remain unaffected)
  • Store-level configuration options
  • Symmetrical, up, or down rounding controls

This new feature isn’t just about rounding change—it’s about staying prepared as regulations shift, without introducing reconciliation headaches or compliance risk.

Critical Technology Updates

At TRIB Meeting of the Minds 2026, we’ll outline important EOL considerations and what you should be planning for now.

  • Windows 10. Microsoft support ended October 14, 2025. After that date, no security updates or patches have been provided, creating an elevated risk for stores running unsupported systems.
  • Firewall Devices. Certain legacy firewall models, including SonicWalls and Fortinet 60Es, are reaching end-of-life, meaning no firmware updates, security patches, or vendor support. Unsupported firewalls create serious exposure to emerging threats.
