It’s time to get excited about training again—in the first quarter of 2021, we’ll be releasing an all-new cynergi|suite University!
Back when we released the cynergi|suite in 2013, online learning and training looked quite different from today. At that time, we sought to revolutionize RTO software. Not only did we engineer a brand-new RTO software platform with cynergi|suite, but we also developed a new way for RTO store owners and managers to train new employees when we created the first cynergi|suite University.
In the past seven years, online learning has become more interactive and visually engaging. As we continue to invest in serving the RTO industry and developing new features cynergi|suite, we’ve simultaneously invested in implementing a new learning management system (LMS) to better serve the next generation of RTO store owners, employees, and customers.
Over the past decade, people have become more dependent on tools and technology for training. Laptops have taken the place of pen and paper, resources have become more interactive, and students have come to expect more accessible, course-based learning.
The reimagined cynergi|suite University will provide training materials, videos, and work aids in an easy-to-follow visual format. RTO store owners and employees will benefit from an enhanced training process that can translate to better, more efficient customer service in the store. Additionally, this new LMS includes features for tracking training progress, reviewing trainee engagement, and favoriting important courses and training materials.
Within the new cynergi|suite university, we’ve reimagined training as a course-based structure, rather than relying on individual documents and PDFs. Trainees will follow a clear course structure, ensuring they’re well-versed in the cynergi|suite RTO software platform.
