This year, we made several improvements to cynergi|suite, introduced new integrations, launched a new webinar series, and shared information about ongoing modernization efforts for our industry-leading RTO software.

Automated Direct Mail Marketing
New for 2022, you can securely automate your direct mail marketing efforts using your existing cynergi|suite data.
No more folding letters, more targeted advertising, and best of all, no more licking envelopes—new integrations with Darwill and wowbrands allow you to set up direct mail campaigns where materials are automatically sent to customers based on their actions or buying behaviors.
Examples of campaigns include paid-in-full letters, new agreement letters, birthday cards, collection letters, and more.

This year, our team, including product development, sales, and company leadership, began delivering quarterly webinars to help keep you up-to-date on all things cynergi|suite and RTO software. New Release: Pay-By-Text (#PAY)
Released in September, cynergi|suite’s Pay-By-Text (#PAY) feature makes it easier for customers to make payments. Instead of going to the store to make payments or logging into a specific webpage, customers can simply make a payment by responding to a text message.
All you need to do is send the text message via cynergi|suite. Then, the customer responds with a specific #CODE to make a payment using the credit card that’s already on file.
Product Enhancement: Online Payment Solution
In November, we introduced improvements to cynergi|suite’s Online Payment Solution. The updates included enhancements to the Online Payment Solution’s front-end and back-end with security and usability in mind.
Now, it’s easier to make and process payments, add new payment information, and set up recurring payments.
