There’s no doubt about it—2020 was a big year for cynergi|suite!
From a flashy new website to a hard-working mobile app and back-end improvements, 2020 set the stage for the future of the cynergi|suite rent-to-own (RTO) software platform and RTO business technology.
What’s even more exciting? Our 2020 improvements were an appetizer for the big things we have on deck for 2021.
2020 was a year filled with important news. In between the historical, unprecedented headlines, you probably missed an update or two about cynergi|suite. Here’s what you might’ve missed.
Throughout 2020, High Touch made significant updates to the data center that hosts the cynergi|suite RTO software platform. High Touch has invested in the infrastructure, technology, and processes behind the scenes to help make cynergi|suite more stable and secure.
Likewise, the data center’s new hardware, cabling, and configurations have improved cynergi|suite’s performance. Specific resource-intensive processes that used to take hours to complete can be completed in a matter of minutes. These data center upgrades will help ensure cynergi|suite is the fastest, most reliable RTO software platform available for years to come.
cynergi|suite’s new Inventory Audit Application and Dashboard allows businesses to complete idle inventory audits using Android and iOS devices, eliminating the need for proprietary bar code scanners.
Released in November 2020, the Inventory Audit Application is free for cynergi|suite customers to download. The Inventory Audit Application is compatible with most Android and iOS devices with a camera.
The Inventory Audit Application integrates with cynergi|suite’s Inventory Audit Dashboard. This dashboard allows companies to view idle inventory, view all ongoing audits, schedule future inventory audits, review past audits, evaluate overall enterprise audit status, approve audits, and view exceptions. Also, as a store or business owner within the Inventory Audit Dashboard, you can set notifications to remind stores of upcoming audits and missed idle inventory audits.
Back in September, cynergi|suite got a revised and refreshed look on cynergisuite.com. The website gave cynergi|suite a much-needed facelift in terms of website usability and functionality. Most importantly, the investment in a refreshed brand underscores High Touch’s ongoing commitment to the RTO software platform and the RTO industry in general.
In addition to the fresh coat of paint, the new website contains a growing content library of resources for existing cynergi|suite customers, customers using legacy RTO software, and new business owners researching RTO software platforms.
In the future, this cynergi|suite website will also serve as the home for the new cynergi|suite University.
In addition to the investments made into the physical cynergi|suite platform, High Touch has enhanced the Support and Solutions Delivery teams responsible for supporting cynergi|suite and its customers.

We’ve been hard at work developing a new back-office accounting system for cynergi|suite. This system is one big step towards moving cynergi|suite to a fully-modernized SQL database in the future.
High Touch has also invested in a more interactive and user-friendly cynergi|suite University. As a complete learning management system, the new cynergi|suite University will contain exciting new features, providing training materials, videos, and work aids in an easy-to-follow visual format.
